***This is not a tarot intensive or a lesson in traditional card meanings. Neither Christina nor Whitney are formally trained in tarot, and are here to help teach this as one tool of many on our paths.  Christina and Whitney are trained recovery coaches, and we are not experts in tarot, nor are we licensed mental health practitioners.  This workshop is not meant to be a substitute for mental or physical healthcare.

    About Whitney

Whitney is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach who lives in Tampa, FL with her husband, 3 kids, 2 cats and 1 dog. Whitney got sober in January of 2017 with Holly Whitaker at Hip Sobriety School. As part of her sobriety journey, she started meditating, journaling, doing yoga and working with tarot cards. What started as a passing interest became more of a passion and Whitney studied tarot for several years. Whitney has offered services as a reader in the past but currently prefers to read for herself and teach others how to do the same. For Whitney, tarot has become an avenue for self-awareness and self-discovery. Her work with the tarot helps her to connect to her spirituality and to the universe as a whole. Whitney also maintains a cohort of private recovery coaching clients and helps them focus on building lives they don't need to escape from.

In her spare time you can find Whitney reading (mostly personal development books), journaling, meditating, throwing tarot cards, boating, playing board games with her family and eating all the chocolate.

     About Christina

    All Our Care,
    Whitney & Christina

Thank you so very much for stopping by! Truly, it means the world to me that you are here.

I feel a passion and calling as a life and recovery coach because I believe folks are worthy of a gentle and compassionate approach to change and growth. As a person in recovery, I can say that if shaming myself in to healing worked, I would have been perfect a long time ago. I was introduced to a softer a more empowering path to recovery and I feel forever grateful.

I say f*ck perfection and a big HELL YES to showing up over and over again. This is about learning and each and every moment we decide to show up for ourselves is a success. No matter if you are trying to get one day sober or wondering what's next on your journey, I am here to support you in connecting deeper with yourself.

Before starting my own coaching practice, I was at Tempest, an online recovery program. Over the course of three+ years, I worked directly with 200 one-on-one clients and facilitated group support calls with hundreds of beautiful humans. I have taken this experience and listened to my own inner-knowing and that is why I'm here. My approach is client-led, meaning I am here to support your unique path.
